In the 90s Peter|||KOMPRIPIOTR|||Holzknecht started working with soundexperiments and has since then covered the whole spectrum between noise sound art, fine art, and actionism. He is one of the most active artist in his area and has made a name for itself internationally.

KOMPRIPIOTR aims at composing and de(con)structing on multiple levels. Most of his radical expression forms are happenings/actions/installations with the focus on noise and perception.
